Refund policy

Please notify me via email (annette@annettelorraine.com) within 3 days from the delivery date with reason for refund and supporting pictures of the item. Please note, every accessory has been inspected and all angles have been photographed for the web and my business file.

If a refund is granted, Item must be postmarked for return within 7 days from your date of initial refund contact/notification to me.

A refund will be released once the item is in my possession and is in good condition. No refund will be issued if the item has been damaged. 

Buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
